What this site is
themidnightmystic.app is a free tarot and birth-chart tool from The Midnight Mystic. Purchases happen on our Shopify store at themidnightmystic.shop, which has its own privacy policy.
What we collect
Nothing you type is sent to us. Your question, birth date, birth time and place, and the cards you draw are processed in your browser only.
Your bag. Items you add are saved in your browser's local storage (key "mm-cart") so they are still there if you come back. They are not sent to us until you choose to check out on our Shopify store.
No ads, no analytics, no tracking pixels.
Third parties
Google Fonts serves the typefaces. Your browser requests them from Google, which sees your IP address. No cookies are set.
Cloudflare hosts the site and may keep standard server logs (IP address, browser type) for security.
Shopify handles checkout when you click through to the shop.
Booking a reading
If you book a reading, you send your email and question through our Shopify contact form. We use it only to deliver your reading and invoice. We never sell or share it.
